Using the Bid Assist tool at Pricebenders

Some auctions attract a crowd. When that happens, the auction may last for a lengthy period of time. If you're not able to be around for the entire duration of an auction, or if you have to leave or go to bed, you can use Bid Assist to place bids on your behalf.

To set up Bid Assist, open it from the right sidebar of any live auction at http://www.tripleclicks.com/indexAuctions.php. Enter the maximum number of bids you're willing to place, and when you want these bids to start and stop. Lastly, click the "Activate" button. Bid Assist will now bid on your behalf, per the settings you entered.

Special Notes:

1. No more bids will be placed once you've secured a win.

2. Setting or updating Bid Assist when "Time Left" only has a few seconds remaining may not allow activation in time to reset the clock.
