New “Thank you” e-cards debut

Now available: TEN new "thank you" e-cards (in multiple languages) for your PSAs, CSAs, and more! Use these free e-cards as a quick, friendly way to express your appreciation (and provide encouragement) to team members.

You can view and use these e-cards by selecting the new "Thank You" category from the "Send an E-Card" pulldown menu on Affiliate Snapshots of your PSAs, CSAs (and other downline members if you're a Team Leader).

But that's not all...

You can now send e-cards to your upline members, too! Drop a quick "thank you" e-card to your sponsor for providing help, rewards, or encouragement...or send a nice "congrats" e-card for a special achievement by an affiliate in your upline. They'll appreciate the sentiment, and you'll be strengthening your upline relationships.  Note: Although you can send any available e-card to your upline, keep in mind most e-cards are designed for your downline and CSAs.

Did you know…A potentially easy way to awaken sleeping affiliates?

Inactive PSAs can be a real source of concern and frustration for SFI sponsors. But the solution could be as easy as a simple reassignment–specifically, a reassignment to one of your active Affiliates from the same country or who speaks the same language.

Why? Because, as SFI continues to spread around the world, language difficulties and cultural differences could become more of an issue among SFI Affiliates in growing downlines. These communication barriers may discourage new PSAs from non-English speaking countries and result in their giving up on SFI.
Why not take advantage of the growing diversity in your downline by pairing up these inactive PSAs with appropriate leaders in your team?  This easy, no-brainer solution could reawaken their interest in SFI and get them building their own businesses…not to mention giving your team the added benefit of motivating your existing leaders to continue spreading the word about SFI in their own countries and in their own languages!
To reassign PSAs just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your Genealogy (www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy).

2. Choose the Reassign tab.  All affiliates who are eligible to be reassigned (i.e. see restrictions below) will be designated by a checkbox.

3. Check a box for someone whom you want to reassign.

4. Enter the SFI ID number of the person to whom you want the reassignment(s) into the popup’s field and click OK. Make sure you have the right ID number!

5. Go down your list and check other boxes for any other affiliates you wish to reassign, entering the appropriate SFI ID numbers in the reassignment popup field.

6. When you’re done selecting the affiliates you wish to reassign, click the Reassign selected affiliates button.

The SFI system will automatically send an e-mail to the new sponsor, letting them know about their new, reassigned PSA and encouraging them to contact their new Affiliate right away.

New TCredits exchange policy at Pricebenders

Effective immediately, we will be allowing winners of auctions to optionally exchange items won for TCredits, up to three times per month.

How will I know an exchange of TCredits is available to me?
When you go to check out, for the item you've won, you'll see the offer.  If you want to accept the offer, simply select it and the TCredits will immediately be added to your account.

If I accept the TCredits, what happens to the item I won?
If will go back into inventory to be auctioned later.

Why would someone want to take TCredits instead of the item they've been bidding on?
There are a number of reasons and we receive many tickets about this.  Sometimes the check-out price is more than the winner has available to pay.  Sometimes the winner has second thoughts (Buyer's Remorse).  Sometimes winners have mistakenly bid for an item we cannot ship to their country or it is determined, after the auction, to be incompatible in some way.  Whatever the case, mistakes happen and minds change, so we want to offer this flexibility to our Pricebenders participants.

Can I exchange ANYTHING for TCredits?
No.  TCredits packs are excluded.  Some other items may be excluded as well.  If you do not see an exchange offer, it means the item is not eligible for an exchange.

 

TeamMail Update: Japanese, Chinese, Cyrillic, and other non-Western alphabets supported

The SFI system now supports non-Western alphabets and characters in the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, and TeamMail at your Genealogy report. Use this new functionality to create and send messages to fellow SFI Affiliates around the world whose languages are written using Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Cyrillic characters, or other non-Western alphabets.

 

As SFI continues to grow around the world, effective communication with fellow Affiliates is becoming more important. Using TeamMail to send messages in your Affiliate's native language helps create a bond with you (their sponsor) as well as a facilitating a better understanding of how to succeed in SFI. New Genealogy filter: Where do your CSAs come from?

A new filter at your Genealogy report lets you filter your CSAs depending on their origin. Just access your Genealogy report, and select CSA Source from the second Filter dropdown menu. Then select the CSA source of your choice to see all your CSAs from that group.

At 12:00AM on May 6th, we will be unveiling our first Featured ECA of the Day (featured both at the SFI Affiliate Center and at TripleClicks).

What every SFI affiliate needs to do:

1. Every day, check out the featured ECA on the new ECA tab on your homepage at the SFI Affiliate Center (and score an extra Action VP each day by visiting the ECA's TConnect store and exploring their products).
2. If you like what you see, also CONNECT with the ECA by clicking the "Connect" button.
3. If you really like what you see, become a customer and buy their products!  After all, it is these ECAs that are paying for the VP you'll be earning...and it's these ECAs who will be boosting the TripleClicks Executive Pool.  Let them know you appreciate their participation!  Support our ECAs!

Did you know…you can pick your own Standing Order date?

You can pick the date (any day from the 1st to the 15th) that you want us to process your Standing Order each month.

Want to start the month off strong? Choose the 1st day of the month for processing. It's a great way to make sure you're qualified for the month, your SO badge is secured, and your Affiliates will see (and hopefully follow) your example!

Of course, if you want to choose a date later in the month, that's ok too. It's totally up to you!

You'll get the chance to choose your date during the process of setting up your new Standing Order. However, if you have an EXISTING Standing Order, you can change your processing date here:

Simply choose your desired date from the PROCESSING DATE pulldown menu and then click the "Submit" button below to save. We will begin using your new chosen date starting next month. If you haven't chosen a date, your Standing Order will be charged on the 10th, our default processing date.

NOTE:  Whatever date you've chosen, if processing of your Standing Order is unsuccessful on that date (due to insufficient funds, for example), we will make a second attempt on the 20th of the month. If unsuccessful on the 20th, we will make one final attempt on the last day of the month. This policy applies ONLY to those paying by credit card, TCurrency, or SFI Account (for PayPal, only one attempt is made on the date you set up with PayPal).
